Service(s) Provided: Full kitchen demolition, new custom cabinetry installation, quartz countertop fabrication and installation, subway tile backsplash, new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring, recessed lighting and pendant fixture installation, new sink and faucet plumbing. The Challenge: Our client desired a complete overhaul of their outdated, cramped 1970s kitchen. They wanted a brighter, more open space with a modern farmhouse aesthetic that maximized storage and became the true heart of their home. The existing layout was inefficient, and the finishes were well past their prime.

Our Solution & Approach: We began with a thorough consultation to understand the client’s vision, lifestyle, and budget. Our approach involved:

  1. Space Optimization: Reconfiguring the layout to create a more intuitive workflow and adding a peninsula for extra counter space and casual seating.
  2. Aesthetic Transformation: Selecting crisp white Shaker-style cabinets, a durable quartz countertop with subtle veining, and a classic white subway tile backsplash to achieve the modern farmhouse look.
  3. Enhanced Functionality: Integrating smart storage solutions within the cabinetry, installing energy-efficient LED recessed lighting, and upgrading to a larger, more functional sink.
  4. Durable Finishes: Choosing resilient LVP flooring that offers the look of hardwood with superior durability for a high-traffic area. Our team managed every aspect, from demolition to final touches, ensuring minimal disruption and consistent communication.
